Wonderful concept and execution. Love the texture and tonality. The “blowing” effect makes the viewer think that this “sand” face is about to be blown away in the wind. A perfect match of title with the concept and image.

I love the way black dominates this stark work. Ironically the closed eyes to me mean the person is fully aware. Powerful work.
