Technical note: What you see is a combination of 3 photos, first of the clouds, second of the land (in fact a gray office carpet, captured with shallow depth of field), and third of a running girl (cut out carefully from a stock image). I layered all 3 in PSP X2, added shadow to the girl, balanced saturation and brightness and merged everything together.

This is very etherial. The colors all blend to put the onlooker into a another world. I would somehow reposition the girl so she wasn’t leaving.
