Fly Me To The Moon
Reworked. Simon’s Choice.
Changed the image shape.
Changed one of the background layers.
Desaturated the seagull a bit.

The seagull is never going to amount to much – it was a small blot on a very poor photograph – taken with an Instamatic – not to mention the printing techniques!!! Aaargh! Apart from some fairly static swans/ducks this is the only bird I have a shot of!!!!!

This is so gorgeous!

Thanks Sylvia. I do think this works better. I just have a “thing” for that water drops image and keep reusing it!! ;-)

Hi Dougie. Yes, I agree.
Wendy Slee
very atmospheric…..almost otherworldly…..
beautiful effects!
linskudd replied
Thank you so much Wendy. I must admit, I like the effects you can get from layering images.

Finally figuring out how Red Bubble works
-I LOVE this, L!!! Really really lovely …!linskudd replied
Lin, I am STILL trying to fathom out RB. I don’t think it’’s as easy as flickr to use!! Still haven’t worked out how to add a “youtube” video or a link that takes you straight to the item/subject/picture/whatever! Oh well, slowly (very slowly in my case) does it. Thanks so much for your comment Lin. Lovely to see you here on RB.
dougie1
non are as easy as the bubble !
linskudd replied
Hmph!!! flickr is the easiest to use I think. But the ability to chat is far easier on RB. Can get confusing though, chatting on RB and then flicking back to flickr (groan!)
dougie1
transfer!come over!
linskudd replied
Like to keep with both Dougie. I have some great contacts on flickr and also here on RB. Thank you for the email about creating links etc.

Lindsay,
links are easy… copy the url address of the page you want to link to… put the title of the link, like LOOK HERE between speech marks followed immediately by a colon ( leave no spaces between the last speech mark and the colon )... straight after the colon paste the url address ( once again, leave no space ) . That should work, if you have problems you know where I am ;-)
Stick to Flickr, it has a bigger audience at the moment and you’re well established. There’s some nice folk on Redbubble, and it is good… so keep on with them both.. that’s a humble opinion of someone who has experienced both.
By the way.. nice job as usual :-)
linskudd replied
Thanks for the info on creating links. Yes – I enjoy both sites – the art work on RB is great. Several more flickr-ite contacts have joined RB over the last few days. People are so helpful both here and on flickr.
