lol.. no they havent, but I will be getting them printed here in the UK anway, Thought I may give rb the business as I would be ordering a lot, but hey, probably get a better deal here

yes totally. Though it seems early, this is the time to be thinking about geting calendars into production. A lot of people buy their xmas stuff way early as well to spread the costs.
