This is one of my all time favorites!!!!!! Even before reading the description I loved it, but after reading, I was even more impressed. It hits home. I feel like I am at a crossroads and trying to give myself permission to persue art as a career. Can’t seem to see myself doing anything else, yet it’s so impractical.

Thanks so much! I know what you mean, I’m kinda in the same boat. I think there just comes a time where you have to honestly look at yourself and decide what is really the most important to you—a practical life or a life of art.
I think the first one is easier to choose and comes with a lot less self-doubt… but you’ll always have that “art space” that isn’t filled. Choosing art as a career means a heck of a lot more struggle but also a lot more personal fulfillment. Its an incredibly hard choice to make.
