Kookaburras are beautiful birds and are a species of the Kingfisher. We often have them come visit our garden and sometimes they try to catch our fish in our pond! They live in woodland areas and feed mainly on insects and reptiles. (Image taken from my larger work of art Kookaburra Charm)

this is beautiful Linda….love the airy feel to the background…another gorgeous painting…….you can definitely see you put your heart and soul into your paintings
…..we have these birds in our area…..I love hearing them laugh out loud to each other…..it is a beautiful sound… :)
