Another paiinted version of Ayres Rock.

This is a 29cm x 37cm ( 11" x14.5") on canvas paper framed acrylic painting of Uluru Rock which is located in the middle of Australia. Uluru is the official aboriginal name for Ayres Rock which refers to both the rock itself and the waterhole on top of the rock. 400,000 to half a million people visit Uluru a year.

Standing proud with its sunburnt face
strong and magnificent, it owns this place
Uluru the ruler of the land
guarding the desert with its burnt red sand
