Experimenting with watercolours today I created this loose one out of my imagination picturing a peaceful place full of colour and wonder. 10×12” watercolour on Arches paper.

‘Tis the light between day and night
the glow of the sky is such a sight.
The time in between hanging in the air
the rays of light proud in their glare.
The sun’s flame paints the sky
shadows falling the bird’s cry.
Magical images fill your mind
the mystery of nature is one of a kind.
