Thank you for dropping by to view my art.
I have always wanted to turn my hand to painting and being self taught, I finally put my dreams into action late 2007. I am still experimenting with the mediums and I hope to build my creativity in time.
I am originally from South Wales, UK and emigrated in 1978. My second husband and I (together for 21 yrs, married for 17 and still going strong!) have 4 great children between us and one cute grandchild, so far!
Living on a small property in the beautiful bushland setting of the Blue Mountains, Australia, with my husband and German Shepherd, Rocky, I find many inspirational images from our garden and have painted some colourful flower paintings.
I am now turning my hand to sceneries. I am especially drawn to sunsets and I am also trying other subjects. Each painting is an original and I have recently tried acrylics, oils and pastels.
I truly hope that you enjoy my paintings as much as I enjoyed painting them!
