After painting for over 40 years, I have purchased more of these than I would ever like to think about. I still have some brushes that are at least 20+ years that have become old friends.
I can always seem to find a use for them,even when they are worn out. I get very attached to them and unless they are completely fallen into pieces,which is rare,I never seem to throw them out.

I have been a painter and sculptor for over 43 years professionally and after all this time, I still love it. It is challenging, makes me think about the world and keeps me connected to life.
My art is a mix of realism and impressionism with a bit of humor thrown in.

I don’t think I’ve ever thrown away a brush. May have lost a few or even broke some, but never threw them away. So after 40 some odd years of painting needless to say I own more than a 100, but oddly enought I use less than half a dozen to paint with. Go figure…LOL Nice work Linda.
