    Beautiful Linda!

  • LindaAppleArt replied

To get a perspective….....if you measure a 2” square on the beads…..you wqould count nearly 200. I felt like some kind of monk counting prayers doing them! lol

interesting self portrait ,,,,,, I mean bit of self analys,,, in your choice of flowers

they do say mauve is the colour of god dont they,,,,,, who ever they are ,,good job

  • LindaAppleArt replied

Gee Roger, I am not sure about that…Self analys??
    mauve….........god??? Hmmmmmm…. Ponder, ponder?? “they” may be a bit confused…..... :)

  • roger boreham

    roger boreham

what i meant was even tho the subject is of an indian sharman there is always a bit ofthe painter resonating from the painting,,,,, and that lends its self to a bit of self analysis ,,,, because the power emanating from the painting will give you or a fellow painter an impression of the type of mood you were in,,,,,,,

  • LindaAppleArt replied

    Hi roger,
Oh, i understood what you meant….these paintings are original and painted by me but were not created in the usual way…..Very long story…..can’t explain in a few words on here.
    thanks for the response!

Love the detail in the beadwork.

  • LindaAppleArt replied

Oh those beads!! I felt like I was doing some sort of “payment” to the spirits!........what a trip! If you can imagine that there were at least 3 layers of color on each bead…...and there are thousands….whew! :)
