The first chicken/rooster that I ever thought to do a portrait. It was one of my friends pet roosters.
I use to have some chickens many years ago and always thought they were very entertaining and funny creatures. Of course I had to name all of mine!

Marvelous, marvelous, marvelous portrait. Favorited. I raised a wonderful rooster named Susy, from a chick. lol. You got it. Susy was no “chick”. When Suzy starting getting big, we drove down to my best friend’s neighbor, who raised chickens. The lady always told me, when I checked in on him, that Suzy was the best rooster she ever had. I don’t think she renamed him.
