This is such a wonderful piece to get lost in! It brings back so many memories of when I was a kid (gawd that was soooo long ago!) and yet everything is out of proportion – just like my life. For instance, I should have worked through the years grade 1 to grade 12, made tons of money during that time, and then retired after that. And there should be no responsibilities after age 30. The seed pod just reminds me how easy our lives blow by – like seeds on the wind. I love this piece!
