The Kitchen Song
tis silly I know but don’t you love to work with someone in your kitchen that is fun? I do this for a living so when I have friends that I can groove to in the kitchen it floats my boat!! It for me is like driving, If I can work with you in the kitchen… We may just be friends forever!!! Besides I love learning new things and let me tell you I have never had a better beef stroganoff than this weekend!! Bar none!

Love the lilt of this – such joy I hear in this! But yes, there is something intimate and bonding about cooking together – I’m awfully glad you found a “mate” to cook with – it’s almost as creative as art, isn’t it? I hear Julia Childs in your enthusiasm!!

It was not so intimate with so many in the kitchen.. you know how everyone gathers in the kitchen when you have a party? well all is so much fun when you do have someone to cook with but I always make room in my kitchen for guests!! It is amazing how many people love the warmth and fun of that room!!

It reminds me of a guy off the food network from Napa valley, he always has guests over and involves them in the cooking, makes it fun and everyone is involved. Cooking should be communal and fun :)

this is so cool!! yes, i so know what you mean about cooking with someone in the kitchen. My daughter is the best to cook with, it is the one time where we are at one together, no fighting, no anger, no angst, just smooth operations in the kitchen and i love her for it.
