It is the feeling I have right now as
I watch you sleep.
As I see your mind resting and giving
In
You are not pleasing anyone or anything.
Ahh but you are smiling as I say this
As I am sitting up beside you and I am reading
From my own poetry,
‘And for naught he did these things
Because in the wanting of his pleasure
He took immeasurable steps to feel
The solid promise that he believed only he
Could fulfill’
I lay down the book
And I stroke your forehead,
Tears flooding my eyes as I see you for
A moment as just
You
Drifting
Unfettered by your choices or mine.
I did not have a name for you my love,
Yes,
My love
Here beside me
Dreaming the All of Us I was sure.
I did not want to wake you as I felt you gliding
Back to trust.
Your body
Floating in the warm waters of Kauai
The turtles swimming past one by one
You are deliriously happy with the All that is you
Feeling the completeness of yourself
Give way to the expanding passion that happens
When dreams are not forgotten but realized
Your needs transform into silver fish and those
Turtles feast well on them.
You look around and you see the endless sky
And the profound depth of the sea
You feel more integrated than you can remember.
Now my tears become your ocean and you pull me
Close to your heart and you cover me with your
Naked connection to life.
As Is
We swim in the glorious waters of our bodies sighs
We feel the truth of who we are to ourselves and
To each other
As each stroke of your abandon love prompts the Primal cry of our hearts,
We revel in the continuation of our Joy!
What a masterpiece of reflection we are!
And loosely gathered in my reverie I
Can tell you that
The time is not important,
Nor when,
Nor if this is another lifetime away,
It is the feeling I have right now
Knowing this desire
To see you as my lover
In the healing waters of Kauai

oh lina… how remarkably beautiful is this dream you have painted with your wanting words.. i love those moments when all isn’t what we want it to be, but we still manage to close our eyes and find the happiness in the moment, in the way things are right then.. not troubling ourselves with what isn’t or whether it should be. oh i hope that makes sense… i feel like i’m rambling.

Amazing that I already had copied the segment that Lisa quoted from this awesome poem… I was ready to paste it into my comment box when i saw that she`d hit on the same vibe.
BabyJi, I`m SO sorry… but this is gonna be a severely hard act to follow. You know, about raising your own bars, yours has just been rocketed skywards.
I don`t know anyone on this planet who really has your understanding of TRUST and the connection between souls. I sometimes even wonder if you weren`t sent to us by some all-knowing source… I mean, I`m not saying yer from outer sace or nuthin…
But I AM saying that your grasp of what makes us all tick is uncanny and I can`t help but feel you have lived many, many lives to gain such knowledge.
Regardless of that, you write so beautifully… I`d be surprised if there`s a dry eye in the house, and I doubt that anyone reading this amazing piece doesn`t feel in some way lifted. You are so gifted to be able to make people feel this way.

You chose that part because it explains the joys of allowing and the release one feels when they let go the oars and find out that nothing one wants is Upsteam,, that everything we have called towards us resides in the ease of the downstream life.
I have known you sure before and before that, but I think this is a first life in quite a few that we decided to connect up and see how the sparks fly and find out how to truly allow as humans.
I am once again so honored by your faultless comments on what I would like to embrace as my truth. Can I hear Billy and embrace his over the top yet steadfast observations on being an artist? Thank you so much my dearest heart as I am soaking up the juices of your kindness and your gifts.
