This is an extension from yesterdays world..
I have done Inner Child Work.. I seriously thought for many years that this connecting to the ‘Inner Child’ was hogwash… 2 years ago in May… I met a women who changed my life.. HERE IS THE EXERCISE SHE ASKED ME TO DO THAT DID CHANGE MY LIFE
I believe that in finding this missing part of me I then turned on my switch to the treasures that is my creative spirit. I feel this work is why I am artist today.. i met my little girl… ..

I went to the beach and took shots.. so many of these toe and sand shots.. I was fascinated.. and in Love.. with Her..Me..Life

We are playing now,
She and I,
Yesterday she got my attention and
Let out the monsters.
They live in her domain,
The cellar
I tell her:
Darling I have a new room with
Fantasy dolls and ribbons and comics
And frilly pink dresses.
She smiles
She says.. Oh I go there all the time now
But for so many years I have slept here..
Amongst the creepy things.
The solid heavy tears
The bags and bags of sentiment and fears
The lies, the sighs and then more lies.
They like me here.
They clamor around and ask me…
What did you do with Momaji today?
I paint them the pictures of our life
About popsicles and sand and toes
You painted pink
About the sun and moon and
Your lessons on how to wink..
I am not living here Momaji
I am sleeping here,
I am dreaming here,
And do you think in my dreams
I am ever limited to this dark and lonely place?
How do you think I ever got your attention?
How do you think I ever got you to finally let Me
Upside?
Dreamtime…Momaji.. Limitless Dreamtime..
I was always free.
It was you who had to find a way back to Me…
Now that we are Both together..
Nothing matters except that We Love..
And as you know Momaji

She was never lost—God knew where she was all the time. Definitely another favorite! The idea came to my mind—I don’t allow them too often, they hurt so—but are you thinking of illustrating this lovely poem in a small book form? I really believe we underestimate children, talking down to them in literature, and this would be something the right child—or adult child like myself—could relate to and be inspired by while growing up. A classic!

Dear Devotee.. How I love that name.. I am developing a childrens book now and have tested it ..success..preparing my office for the work.. I have been rearranging and getting ready for layout.. i have never done anything like this and my brother who has..is helping.. Trish.. thank you so much. it is indeed a ride of a lifetime when you reconnect to the wounded but she turns out …once she is recognized.. it is like all the wounds are gone and she is innocent perfect and pure.. so wonderful your words, your work..and you!

nothing better than the sand and the surf to tickle your feet and wake up to playing…i wuld sit for hours with my feet in the surf…salt water takes the polish off….lolol…i love your series…and you know i love painted toes…
