I always lived in the same hotel… they were good Kashmirie people who took care of me and made me laugh! I would go do my yoga practice on the roof top and had to bring my camera because sometimes I would stop my practice and just sit an look at God…then I would take a photo!!

What wonderful contrasts through out this shot, from the lush green hill side to the cold snow covered mountains and then that red sun baked peak in the background. An amazing looking place Lina. Great shot.

Jan told me Wanishi she learn from you.. also this will trip you out..I too am Native american.. my grandfather was 1/2 Nez Pierce from Yakama Wash,, he used to do beading of belts and pendants hair items.. I was little and went to his ‘special room’ where he beaded.. I lost every one of the pieces he made me.. I was carless and am thinking everytime how I miss having this tangable memory.. See we are sisters in many ways..xoxo
