OPENing
He knew where I’d start
Jaw line..
Sweet scent towards the lips
Bottom one first, sucking the color from
His heart
Sliding inside his cool mouth
Fresh like a garden of mint
Opals to mine.
So I got to mine..ing
Shining
Inside I felt this collaboration
of sorts
as he pressed his face into mine.
Why was that so thrilling?
The pressure of his face, moving around
The structure of my bones
(the structure of me)
taking hands and pulling my hair from the
Roots
jungle roots
delightful exploration
Did he see my Tasmanian devil rise?
Or was that him I had found behind
My blurred sense of outdated compromise?
I was driven now,
To ease up and allow for his fluttering
Responsive
Abandon
Fruitful fingers take me
to the river
(flooding love)
past all levees of pain
Now,
scent of companionships and lost dreams
All at once forgotten
Allowing satiation of my entire Need
Tonight.

You knew exactly
about the opening of this gift
wrapped in honey bee silk
laced with the trouble of your ties
yesterday lies
me
NOW..
all bundled up and waiting for your soft
fingertips to tear into my depths
sparing me nothing but your lust
for more
Our bodies a pallet of complementary colors..
opposites on this wheel of life
yet so alarming and real
you and I
bouncing off the light of our love
inside you
craving you
needing you
pollination understood as I untie
your best kept secrets
secreating soul worth visions
that keep me frozen in time,
waiting afar for a life that screams
at me like the neon wrapping of you.
Take me,
Want me,
Take me
Want me..
flashing boldly in my space,
reserved for yesterdays choices.
The gift here
adding defining presence to a life
that may end
blown apart
smoking gun
in some muggy town in Florida.

Wow. When I see something like this I normally open a Word doc in a separate window so I can comment right next to the image. But because YOU knew exactly when I would OPEN this, you hung it framed on your wall so to spare me the trouble…
And also when I see something like this, I want to unwrap it… like this is the most amazing wrapping paper I have ever seen. Complementary colors. Again. YOU. Amazing contrast and dynamic, again… something sensual lurks within the pattern of this wrapping, and though I want to just sit here for an eternity and gaze at it cause I love these colors and the promise of what lies within this package, obviously wrapped with loving fingers… I just wanna tear into it and get my greedy mits on the gift.
So I read this amazingly sensuous poem (wow… 6 times so far, and the day is young…), and I look at its title and I gaze at this beautifully wrapped package… and I understand what this is about. It is the gift that is LinaJi. As beautifully wrapped as the soul within, and craving to be opened with loving hands. And like brightly colored flowers that attract honey bees, this awesome wrapping attracts. Even from afar. And I understand how pollenation occurs.
This is my favorite piece by you BabyJi. Cause I love the wrapping and I KNOW what is inside… but there is as much excitement in the opening as there is in discovering the gift. When it`s wrapped as beautifully as this.
So there. You might just have to add this take to your definitions…. while I open this. Got scissors? I sort of want to save the wrapping. Sort of like freezing the moment…
