mixed media – hexagon, six pointed star important as lovers is 6th card in tarot. note the male-ish figure between the two faces as a man is stuck at a crossroads as traditionally portrayed in tarot. he carries a burden and a gem on his back – any situation can hold this gemstone – not just the ones society deems fit. to understand death is to understand life – again, that’s why the merkabah vehicle (6-ponted star) is important here … the “resurrection before death” so to speak that so many religions and cultures of the world point towards as being so important to realise…. – so the lover can then be mature in outlook and his practice of sensuality and world bridging in this wee cosmos….

    thanks mark – i got cs2 on friday (finally – now everyone tells me is nothing to cs3) – not that i know how to use them much! hehehe …

    and thanks Anthony – this was the original colour (then i made a pink, blue and green version – two of which you can see in my t-shirts) … am very happy you like it – i made a photo print at home – looks great in the frame and made a perfect last minute mother’s day gift!

    There’s no way i’d ever try to make ps do a star like that. It’d be max all the way.
