"Modern Art"

This was a modern art piece at The Palace of Versailles (France), situated in the front courtyard. It is a little hard to explain, but it was a sculpture of a balloon (you know how there are those people who make animals etc out of balloons?) It was like a giant one of them. I am not sure what it was made from, but as you can see it was very reflective.
In my own humble opinion I thought it was one of the ugliest things sculptures I had ever seen, and having it in the Palace of Versailles seemed almost an insult to history. But as you can see, it made for some interesting shots, (this one is zoomed in) and for that I am grateful of it.

Still it was a very strange thing to see at such a historical site.
Little did I know the horrors that awaited inside the palace!!!!
