The twilight world of ever wandering by

Fated to wander a twilight world,
ever wandering, ever wondering,
seeking a light I cannot find,
ever wandering, ever wondering,

Lost amidst the beauty and gloom,
walking a path I know not where,
But knowing a time shall one day come,
never wandering, never wondering.

Come and see the world through new eyes.

fascinating. was this a twilight shot, or night, or just the way you shot it?

  • It was actually about 12.30 – middayish. I shot it in infrared, then did a colour exchange and a bit of tweaking.

  • Thanks Cindy. Mostly, I dislike sun glare but there are times when it fits in so well. At first I thought – darn. sun spot. But after the fiddling I realized that it was an essential part of the picture.

The sunspot is a definite feature in this image, not only because it’s meant to be there but also the colour orange compliments the blue & adds a little mystery as you enter the journey along the path!!!

  • :) I’m glad you feel that way.

Wow! This is wonderful! Beautiful color treatment.

  • Thank you Ginger, I’m still learning with infrared so I appreciate the encouragement :)

Absolutely Brilliant. I love the soft ambient lighting and the pathway into the darkness…. great

  • Thanks for that comment – I appreciate it. This one reminds me a bit of a dream….. but I’m not sure if it’s a good one or a nightmare…..
