Thank you all – such glowing comments are so welcome. Reflector, the water was stunning but I had to climb over some rather frightening rocks to get into a position to take it. But it’s always work it for a photo :-)

You are all so kind in your comments. I will confess that to get this one I had to climb down and across lots of rocks, and find footholds through part of the river. Being a trifle unbalanced (physically as well as mentally LOL) it is not my best thing. Unfortunately, I also suffer from arthur-itis, and had been out and about the day before, so my limbs were not at all happy about the whole thing. But I had a camera in my hand and a view to capture – so they were out-voted. So your comments, you see, are very much appreciated.

Maybe Dracula craved forgiveness and it was granted. Hey, imagine the party if THAT sinner repented!

thanks for the link LS, fantastic IR work mate

  • lightsmith replied

Thanks John. It nearly crippled me getting down to the water and clambering over the rocks (I have arthritic knees!) but hey, give me a camera and I’ll do anything. It really is worth a day visit (plenty of other places in Geelong so pay three visits – morning, noon and afternoon LOL)
