The Blue Lagoon

Thanks Nathan. I was very pleased with the reflections as there wasnt much water in the lake (due to ongoing drought!).

I love this, the Lagoon looks like glass. It has an otherwordly feel to it!

Amanda – it’s not exactly a secret place but I’ve been here for about 15 years and only managed to visit it this one time. I will certainly go back though. It’s not huge but for anyone visiting Geelong, I really recommend it.

nannajul – it does have a sort of magical quality. I am so pleased to have visited it. I’ll be doing so again and (after we have more rain) definately want more pictures.

I’m not so much into landscapes but the colors in your IR pictures make them amazingly beautiful.

Thanks Ciska. Considering the amount of water present at the time, I was suprised at the quality and amount of reflection. It’s a wonderful place and I encourage any able to visit it.

(and in this case swap the Red component for Blue and vica versa to get the blue sky)
