One of the benefits of doing night shift in winter time is getting home sometime past 7am after a cold night at work and being greeted by this wonderful sight.
The scattered eucalyptus in farm paddocks appearing out of the mist.
I have had this image on my computer for quite some time and I liked it (sort of) but the frame of mind never quite took me to do anything with it til now.
It didnt quite do it for me, so I decided to b&w it today. So I did the b&w thing, then cropped the top of it and then thought… “hey I like that crop, I wonder what it looks like in colour?”
So I went back to the colour and gave it the same crop and here it is.
