Echos of the Past
When i was working on a detail of one of my encaustic pieces somehow it reminded me of the writings by Butchart somehow he seems to be in touch with the energy beyond the veil..at least he knows how to bring me in touch with it..

The colors here Liesbeth are actually so soothing that those echoes do not bring anything except peace. This looks like frosted glass to me and I find it soothing and inviting. Beautiful work my friend.

When i read Butch his poems the words can sometimes speak of sadness but at the same time he can take me along on his strings attached to Spirit and that’s where i feel his underlying feeling of peace.. he like nobody else can give me a glimpse behind the veil on memories from long before this life.. so if this gives you a feeling of peace i am more then happy xx

oh my gosh… dear lizzie i don’t know how i could have missed such a kind gesture and truley beautiful work… if nothing else i should have FELT the wonderful vibes…...these aren’t just echoes dear one… but a wonderful glimpse at what the other side just may be like…. it certainly feels right….it’s like we are passing through but aren’t quite there…. caught in between in a glorious light of comfort and calm….... love..love..love it…...... and you….b
