The only part of Government that actually listens.

The National Security Agency a sent cease and desist order for this and other parodies to come down, stating that we required written permission from then NSA director Keith Alexander to use any likeness of the NSA’s logo for our jokes.

In 2013, Dan McCall sued the NSA to challenge the NSA on 1st Amendment grounds, defending the constitutionally protected right to criticize government through parody.

In early 2014, the NSA finally settled, and agreed to retract their cease and desists letters while admitting that they were in error.

Liberty Maniacs was founded in 2003 by designer Dan McCall with the simple ambition to create amazing goods for those wanting to express their love of freedom.
