Autumn Reflections

Thank you so much Ellen – it was just a perfect day – I actually nearly got myself killed climbing up and down the gorge to catch a shot of the falls – only to fine the best images were right there on top! I’m so glad you liked it!

Oh I know – and then add the scents and the sounds of rustling leaves and waterfalls and I believe I’m in heaven. This is where I go to reflect and while it was a bit damp for rolling around, I did manage to slide down the 85 degree slope into the gorge on my rear end because the leaves were so slippery! And then had to crawl back up on my knees grabbing tree roots for leverage – lol. After all that, the best shot was above the gorge anyway – rofl! I’m so glad you liked this Lisa – that makes me feel just wonderful!

Awww thank you so much Maureen – I thought of how much you’d have liked this place as I was scrambling down the sides of the steep gorge and then clawing my way back up – lol. I’m getting too old for such shenanigans and then the best shots of the day didn’t require that anyway! Figures huh? Lord I’m such an idiot I left my cell at home – lol – not that there’s a signal down there anyway! But I’d like that – maybe we can use some climbing ropes – lol.
