Little Wonders
... ” Our lives are made in these small hours, in these little wonders. These twists and turns of fate. Time falls away, but these small hours.. these small hours still remain…”
Excerpt from the Song “Little Wonders” by Rob Thomas. This song always makes me think of my son, who is walking along the beach in this shot.

This is a wonderful image.. I love your treatment here, the tones give the image such a warm feeling, which suits the portrait of your son so well. Great use of texture here too, all adding to that vintage feeling. Great work Lexie..

Love this image as the little boy looks so humble and open to what life will present. I think it is easy for an adult to warm to such little people as we feel we can trust them. However my belief is that we warm to them as they remind us of something within ourselves that we have hidden from our own consciousness due to the confusions of our experiences.

I like that thought, this was done of my son and I do think a great deal about what life will present to him, and he is very warm to life. I only pray he continues to be so.
