This is beautiful ..so good..and very different from my one..but I can see that we have two lovely ladies both in a forest like setting ..wonderful….
yours is richer and more real..I hate to say it ..but it is…hha!!

mine is more like a dream..hence the name dreamer..hha!!!

I really like this one of yours.. truly very well done!!!

    xxxooo

  • Les Smutz replied

True they are from differing styles, but I see the compositions as very much the same…darkness, trees surrounding a clearing or path, the ladies both looking to their left and the balance of the overall paintings are quite similar. I’ve said it before, I have an overactive imagination, but this one of yours really caught my eye right away. Thanks for taking a look anyway.

She is gorgeous and the colours you’ve chosen are wonderful.
I like how each of your paintings are story telling in their own way.
    I’m quite impressed!

Thank you, Debbie! A little history, this was the first painting I did that I actually felt came out just like the image in my mind. It was also the first large painting. Now I love painting on large canvas, but no room for it anymore. I do like to have a little story, up to the viewer to read into it what it says to them. It is interesting for people to tell what they see, because everybody sees something different based on their own experiences.

Hi, Di! Nice to see you here also. I really like Redbubble. It seems much easier to use and so many nice people. I will look at your portfolio here after I get back from work or over the weekend. I hope you have a great day!
