Sand Bubbler Crabs are filter feeders, sifting through the sand for food and discarding what they don’t want as little pellets which they then back heel. They come out of their burrows when the tide is out and within minutes, the area surrounding their burrow is littered with their discarded pellets of sand.
At just 1 cm across, these little guys are tiny!
