I’m a travel photographer from bonnie Scotland, currently based in Glasgow, and have been practising photography for almost five years now. At the end of 2006, I decided to embark on a journey around the world, with my fiancé, to visit many countries and document our travels with photographs. To date we’ve been to Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Australia, New Zealand, Tonga, Belgium and Germany. We’re currently planning our next trip which will feature Canada, the USA and South America.

The nature of backpacking means that I travel with a very limited kit:

    • Canon EOS 30D
    • Canon 18-55mm standard zoom
    • Sigma 70-300mm zoom macro
    • Canon 100mm USM macro
    • Panasonic flashgun
    • Cokin and Hitech filters
    • Velbon Ultra Maxi F lightweight tripod
    • 2 x SanDisk Extreme III 2Gb memory cards
    • Portable 120Gb and 160Gb hard drives with built in card reader

all packaged into a Lowepro Slingshot 200AW bag!
