Clancy D. Clown is a whimsical little character i dreamed up some 40 years back when my kids were still in nappies. I used to paint him on bits of three ply and hang him in their rooms to amuse them. He has been on the back burner all those years. Now he is produced via a Wacom 12 X 9 tablet using PS CS2 , a more civilized method. Hope you like him. I plan on doing a series.
