    Thank goodness that Historic Preservation preserved the old. Aren’t they beautiful. Great shot Barbara. Fav! There’s a Historic Buildings group here, not sure of the name. But if you have info on the buildings, they would probably love this image.

  • Thank you so much Fran! Actually, prior to the 1970’s this area was completely neglected. It was the Skid Row part of Sacramento. Luckily someone realized what a gem they had there.

    You are so lucky that they preserve heritage buildings. Our country is just awful on that score.
