A camera has always been ‘my friend’ but it wasn’t until Digital came along that I could really play to my heart’s content. It is my sanity. When work gets stressful, or life throws lemons, I simply pick up my camera and go walking. It’s really hard to be negative or down in the dumps when one is looking for beauty to capture….and Mother Nature provides such a wealth of beauty.
Growing up in different parts of British Columbia, Canada I was in awe of the majesty of that Province – from the Mountains to the Ocean and all that lies between.
A few years ago my husband and I decided to move to Alberta. What a treat it has been seeing new flora, new wildlife, new birds, and new vistas.
The diverse differences in this country of Canada will never cease to amaze me.
What is here is straight from the camera. I don’t edit my work – what I take, is what you see. My cameras are a Canon PowerShot SX20IS and a Canon EOS Rebel T3.
