Has there ever been a photograph in Red Bubble that was of only dead and dying sunflowers? I stood at the edge of a massive farm in Dixon, California and shot 20 or so shots into the field. As far as the eye could see was covered with sunflowers in that “tween time” of bright yellow and full of seeds and flat as a pancake. There’s no much else that a 6 foot tall plant with a single flower can do but lay down and be done with facing the warming sun.
I’m going to be a bit redundant regarding these images. They struck me as far too interesting to choose just a single image. If they bore you, I’m sorta sorry. Not. ;-)
