I have this tendency to follow esoteric threads of thought thru passages that can be tricky for the uninitiated. Hell, they can be tricky for me. So if you’re lost after reading the title, here’s the convoluted thought process.
The image is of a snow leopard.
Leopards of this species (all species?) are also called “panthers”.
A Pink panther refers to an old set of movies where the detective is referred to as The Pink Panther.
“Pretty In Pink” is the title of a Molly Ringwald movie. (It sucked in my opinion but she also starred in The Breakfast Club which is still in my Top 25 Movies Of All Time list. If you haven’t seen it, DO. It’s badly dated but pivotal in the “brat pack” genre of movies).
“As Is” is a Red Bubble group I joined before dumping all my group memberships to avoid thousands of “group Bmail” that have been thwarted by a clever Red Bubble improvement. I never rejoined because I couldn’t decide what “as is” meant to me: could I resize? Crop? Remove the dead mouse from deep in the background?
Follow all of that? LOL!
