Fabulous Fords #5
While at the Yuba River for a wildflower shoot, we noticed the wildflowers were gone. Duh. On the way back to the car, dozens of old Fords either passed by, parked by us, or stopped at the longest covered wooden bridge in America – something these cars would have remembered if they had memories. LOL!
All the cars were marked from the rally they were on and it looked like some had come across a few states to participate.
Shooting cars in full sunlight without a single clue how to do it was quite the challenge. Between the overall glare, the brutal flares, and the locations of some of the parked cars, I was constantly changing camera settings to try to capture anything at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of usably images I caught so, since it was enough for a series, here they are. (Or here are the ones that didn’t require welding shields to view…) But I figure if you’re a car buff – and someone here did ask for shots from the Towe Ford museum – this just might make your day.
