My name is Marek Lenarcik. I come from Warsaw, Poland, but currently I live in Dublin, Ireland. I emigrated with my fiancee in April 2006, however recently I began to feel more like traveller than like immigrant. Can one call himself an immigrant if he is not sure that the country he is in, is his final destination?
I graduated from Political Science at Warsaw School of Social Psychology. I am going to continue my education very soon, as I was admitted for the M. Phil in International Peace Studies in Irish School of Ecumenics at Trinity College Dublin. I was doing many things in life for living, but these days I work as Licensing Representative for Accenture on the outsourcing project for Microsoft. Isn’t it ironic that I do things for Microsoft, while I am being addicted to everything which is related to Apple products? Even this website has been made in iWeb ’08 on my beloved Macbook.
Why Mark Lenarick? Most institutions in Ireland and some Irish people call me that. “Mark” is a direct translation of my name from Polish to English. “Lenarick” is my surname with two letters swapped. There is a city called “Limerick” in Ireland. Maybe that’s why I am “Lenarick” even in my Irish driving license! Or maybe there is some other reason for this … Anyway, I wish you to enjoy your stay on my website. Thank you for stopping by!
