Well…you’ve composed it well. I’ve not been able to get a good shot of these pretty florals in pink. They stay way up there and smile at me for being short…LOL

I have a great idea for you! If you can get your hands on one or if a loved one bought you one as a git…..In the summertime is when I’d do it. Set the potted plant next to any pool! Then get a stool…snap away, my friend. The key to this angle was my perspective! I was standing about 4-5 ft. away from the water. The poole was another 3-4ft away. This is what you can’t tell in this picture (unless I tell you!). It’s fun. I was standing on a set of steps…about the fourth step up. I’ll download the shot from a distance, just for you. Be watching, my friend!

Oh ok…I get it. Problem here is we don’t get them as small potted plant. I’ve seen them only in the gardens where they’re big in size. I’d love to shoot a couple of close ups of those gorgeous pink petals.

You may neat to cut a few, then figure out a way to prop the image! If you really want somethin…you have to think outside the box. Lookat it from different anlges. You can also change the texture & color of whatever you propp it on! This would also add contrast & dynamics. I think this is what brings out the pink….You should place it on black, my dear…snip a few, then shoot away.
