My Beautiful Red Bird Shirt by Leilani Melayna
This is a picture of me & my two beautiful daughters. I am so thankful for having their little lights shining in my life! This picture was taken several years ago. I believe it was about 5 years ago. We are at home where we love to be! The story behind this t-shirt is that I had entered my male cardinal oil pastel drawing into the hospital’s contest. This was a community service gift on my part as I donated the art to raise money for the cancer treatment center in our town. My shirt was one of the few who were chosen to make cards & t-shirts with. I am so glad I was able to help my community in this special way! Thanks so much for taking time to view my portfolio! I agree…these are heartfelt smiles! We have always been very close. I had 3 kids in 4 years….it was a tight squeeze, a lot of hardship & sleepless nights when they were young & wait…they’re teenagers now! Maybe the sleepless nights are a given! Thanks so much for your comments & take care!
