Photo from a field trip to Hoffman California-International Fabrics. Eastablished in 1924 A family owned and operated business.
Taking the opportunity here to share this gratitude in many ways. Ms. Eddie Harbour’s Class was definatley NOT this mama’s home economics class! My daughter took clothing from her teacher and is a Seamstress! Through and through!
This day I had the most wonderful opportunity to go on what wasn’t your everyday fieldtrip. I got to meet the family who started the company from the ground up. (I took notes LOL) I saw how the fabric was made and the passion one family had and still does to provide millions of people with quality fabric.
I took so many photos I will continue to share as this was a very humble experience to be allowed to come into such a creative, caring, passionate, sharing and giving company to show the students from the ground floor what they could do with their new skills.
I hope you will enjoy the photos as I place them on RB as time permits. I felt this one in particular had a meaning with the bird in the hand.
Have a blessed Holiday Season.
