It’s a very busy image…I like it!
Thankyou very much! I had a look at your photographs and they are awesome!
I love this, never seen a shot like it before with a view of the Opera hse. Very, very original.h
Thankyou so much! I really appreciate that! So happy you love it!!!
so much going on – in a good way!!
That’s so good to hear. Thankyou so much Mark! :)
This is such an original perspective on Sydney, I love how much is happening in this shot, it all works so well together!
Such a wonderful thing to hear, thankyou so so much!
This is very cool, Leigh! I saw an article recently about this guy that was using tilt-shift to make Sydney scenes look like railway miniatures. You’ve obviously used a different technique here but it conjures a similar interesting feel and yet is unique and diffent from his also! I like it! Very well done! :-)
Thankyou very much for your awesome comment! Really appreciate it. That article sounds very interesting I would like to see those photos. I basically just stood at the top of a street in North Sydney/McMahons Point and snapped away!! :) Now I look at it again it does look like how you described it!! THANKYOU!!!
Yes, it was very interesting… unfortunately it was a TV news article and not one that I recorded so I don’t have the information. I don’t even know the guy’s name, damnit! :-( I just know he was male and using tilt-shift lenses on Sydney. Think it was on channel 7. It was this last year (2009). A bit of web searching may turn a result up though, I guess. Ha ha… you will have to show me the secret location of this fantastic hilltop street. :-)
