Thanks for your lovely comments everyone! The pics I took this morning are amongst my faves, it was such an amazing sight! This pic is actually pretty much straight out of the camera – I just darkened the silhouettes, cropped & sharped a tad.
I would love to get rid of the branch hanging down from the top right, I’ve had a go at it, but with that graduated sky I’m not finding it that easy lol, but I’ll get there eventually! I also wish I’d had the 400D back when I took this too, never-the-less, it’s still a fave : )

Love to help Lee…but as you know I’m still Photoshopless…(ooh a new word).

I kinda like the random branch hanging down on the right.. frames it nice..
If you want to remove it however, I would suggest clone stamp, you can get in close and do it pixel by pixel if need be!

Thanks Bella! It felt like I was on top of the world too! I’ve only been on a plane 3 times in my life! And the last time was 1988! So it was nice to have my head above the clouds with my feet still firmly on the ground! LOL

Re the clone tool – that’s what I used, but I guess I was being lazy, I didn’t even consider blowing it up enought to do it pixel by pixel, that would take forever!LOL. When I really get tired of looking at that branch I’ll give it another go : )

That is amazingly beautiful. In November I was backpacking Australia. While in the beautiful Adelaide, I wanted to get up to the hills, but I didn’t manage to. I’m so gutted!
