Thanks so much everyone…I hope you can all see this! The lighting was pretty simple and easy to do …used the pool light as the main light source and waited until dusk when the water was transparent..then I got her to swim towards it and blow bubbles.We had to do it a few times to get the lighting exactly right (if she was too close it would blow out completely and too far away too dark) Give it a try!!

Thanks heaps Pip…I went to a lecture by Greg Dries recently which was inspiring and he had done shots of his kids in the pool which had never occured to me to be a good spot to shoot in eg glare sunlight etc but they were amazing…so I decided to use the pool as prop? and the next thing you know it was dark and the pool light was creating this great glow! I took about 10 shots and got one good one!
