I could not resist painting this vivid clematis and really enjoyed doing so – nature is so full of beauty! – a testament to the goodness of God! Thank you to Janis Zroback for use of her ” The Garden..Clematis 3” photograph from her Canadian garden.

A fairly planned painting. I sketched, noted the whites and painted light to dark with numerous washes at the end to intensify the color.
