Actually….. summer reflections at the Lykens Reservoir taken with an Infrared Filter on 7/17/11 – Thank you for the filter Sharon! Taken along Glen Park Road where the creek feeds into the reservoir.
Canon EOS 60D, 18-135mm lens with 720 IR filter
F 5.6, ISO 125, custom white balance (set on green), spot metering and 50 second exposure, taken in bright sunlight
Post editing in Adobe Photoshop.

May I ask what a 720 IR filter is, brand name etc etc, and do you need to do the editing in PS only, or could I get away with using Canon software?
Hello David! Thanks for the kind compliment. I borrowed the filter from my friend Sharon (I’ll have to find out the brand name and send you more information tomorrow). My post editing in photoshop included, tweaking the levels, contrast, hue and saturation. I didn’t follow any rules…. just experimented until I saw something I liked! I’m not sure how much of this you can do using Canon software (I never used it).
