STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN

The stone stairway to the top of the Falls Trail (near Mohawk Falls) at Rickett’s Glen State Park. If you’re a nature or waterfalls lover, Rickett’s Glen is like heaven. The glen area is a Registered Natural Landmark and has over 20 waterfalls ranging from 11 to 94 feet high and difficult to moderate hiking trails. Taken 10/1/09, Benton, PA.
This was my first experiment with using layers to add rays of light to a photo. I followed Anna Shaw’s photoshop tutorial on how to make rays of light. Thank you Anna!
