    Mama red squirrel and her five kids moved into my Mom’s birdhouse. They stayed for a few weeks then left for the summer. Photo taken in my Mom’s backyard, Tower City, PA – April 2008.

    Thanks Sandy! I have a whole album of these guys…. but the quality isn’t top notch because I was pretty far away using my zoom lens.

    I just got lucky!!! I just wish I could have gotten a bit closer to get better quality shots. They were very skittish and would run inside the house if you moved a tiny bit. Besides the chipmunks, these guys were the best entertainment!

    Awwww…. thank you Michael. I really loved these guys. I really wanted to get better shots of them, but I couldn’t get very close or they’d run and hide. I am thankful for the ones I got. Thanks again so much!!! Lori

    love all your squirrels. We have a separate feeder for ours in Nova Scotia…that way he leaves the birds alone and we can enjoy them all.
