A quick sketch in 2B graphite pencil on cartridge paper of a young Crabbet Arabian I saw showing in hand recently.

This drawing was completed in preparation for my first attempt at a grisaille oil painting; having not worked in black and white since school I thought I had better have a play about before I put paint to canvas!
