'One'

Could it be that I am found
in the path of duality;
leading to union?

[External correlation follows.]

My darkest hour,
came not at my lowest point.
Rather at the hands of a woman,
who embodied my elation.
It was long ago, and by the days;
it fades into the tempest.
But the moments prior
lead me to know it’s,
more complicated than that.

A paradox in her behaviour,
the emotional suicides
of my true love possessed.
It always seemed the words she spoke,
were at anothers’ behest.
Now I accept that
which I’ve known so long;
the universe course-corrects.

Through convolutions and complications,
I traveled a million miles.
I fought a war so pitched and violent,
by the graceful gods, I won.

[Reflect all eternity prior.]

Through my new-found happiness,
a life I’ve re-invented;
I still see that fateful day
the one ’t’was prophesied.
Where you and I will meet again,
under goddesses watchful eye.

We’ll set the realm alight.

[Free, is just not done.]

In resolution of an ancient past,
the one through which I write;
We’ll end the loop, release our souls,
by oceans’ edge-of-night.

    This is some very deep writing but the though is explained well and the sadness unfolds onto the paper…. good writing.
